When you use our contact form, we collect the information you submit: name, work email, company name, tier of interest, and your project message. Our contact form is mailto-based, so this information is sent directly from your own email client to hello@wededit.eu — it does not pass through or get stored on a WedEdit server or database.
We also set a small amount of local browser storage (localStorage) to remember your selected site language (English, Estonian, or Finnish). This does not identify you personally and is never transmitted to us.
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you become a client — deliver and invoice your video project. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Raw footage and brand assets you share with us for an active project are used solely to produce your agreed deliverable, and are handled with the confidentiality reasonably expected of a service provider. You remain responsible for any personal data (e.g. faces, voices) contained within footage you choose to send us.
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (e.g. file-transfer or invoicing tools) strictly to the extent needed to deliver a project, and only under confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy.
We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the service, maintain accounting records required under Estonian law, and handle any follow-up questions, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@wededit.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local supervisory authority.
wededit.eu does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The site only stores your language preference in your browser's localStorage, which you can clear at any time via your browser settings.
