These Terms of Service govern any project ordered from WedEdit OÜ. Last updated 23 September 2026.
WedEdit OÜ ("WedEdit", "we", "us") is a private limited company (osaühing) registered in Estonia, registry code 17605753, with registered address Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kristiine linnaosa, Haraka tn 3, 11311, Estonia. We provide fixed-price video post-production services to business clients ("client", "you") worldwide, delivered remotely.

WedEdit edits client-supplied raw footage into one polished 2–3 minute company testimonial or case study video, delivered under one of three fixed-price tiers (Essential, Professional, Signature) as described on our Pricing page. A project begins once we confirm scope, tier, and price with you, typically by email following submission of our contact form.
Any custom scope, longer-form edits, or add-ons outside the published tiers are agreed separately, in writing, before work begins.
You are responsible for owning or holding the necessary rights, consents, and releases for all raw footage, likenesses, voices, and brand assets you send us, including any consent needed from people appearing in the footage. WedEdit uses client-supplied footage solely to produce the agreed deliverable and does not claim ownership over your underlying raw footage.
The standard production window is 5 business days from receipt of complete footage and required brand assets. Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds (1–3, depending on tier), each turned around within 24–48 hours. Additional revision rounds beyond those included can be purchased at a flat per-round rate. Projects with unusually large footage volumes or multi-speaker Signature edits may be scoped with an adjusted timeline, which we will flag before starting.
Prices are fixed per tier at the time of order and quoted in EUR (€). WedEdit issues standard EU-compliant invoices, including reverse-charge VAT handling where applicable for eligible EU business clients. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of quote; work begins once payment terms are agreed and, where required, an upfront invoice is settled.
Upon full payment, the client receives full usage rights to the final delivered video for their own business and marketing purposes. WedEdit retains the right to use non-confidential project stills or clips in its own portfolio and marketing, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
WedEdit's total liability arising from any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for defects in the underlying raw footage supplied by the client (e.g. poor lighting or audio quality) that limit the achievable final quality.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a project will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
